Biography

Under the direction of Lip Phua, Salta Properties is able to undertake the day-to-day responsibility of managing properties for our clients.

We believe in standing by the quality of our developments and Phua and his team of full-time property management professionals and building supervisors manage many of our leased developments.

A licensed estate agent, Phua joined Salta Properties in March 2005. He has previously worked for Mirvac where he was involved in the commercial and retail property management of significant buildings such as the Como Centre, South Yarra and 380 St Kilda Road.

Prior to Mirvac, Phua has worked with a number of property development and property management companies in Melbourne and South-East Asia where he was involved in various large scale projects and property management accounts.
