Biography

Andrew is Director Legal of the Salta Group. He completed an Arts Law degree at Monash University in 1992 and since then has acted as a legal practitioner in both commerce and at top tier law firms. He is experienced in property transactions, construction law, commercial and corporate law including major projects, project finance and corporate and regulatory advice.

At Salta Andrew's role spreads across the group, including developments, constructions, finance, funds management, asset management and Westgate Ports. Not only does he oversee the legal aspects of the group, but also plays an important commercial role in helping negotiate the best outcome for Salta.

As a lawyer in a progressive property business one of Andrew's major strengths is his ability to negotiate flexibly but at the same time mitigate risks.
