Biography

Helene joined Salta Properties in November 2007, to establish a Human Resources function that will underpin the strategic direction of the total Business.

Helene has spent the last 26 years of her career in HR, across a number of industries. As an external consultant, focused on Industrial Relations as well as an in-house Generalist Practitioner working with organisations such as Bayer Pharmaceutical, Sperry New Holland, George Weston Food Corporation, AMP, GUD Corporation, and the Waterford Wedgwood group.

The focus for the Human Resources function at Salta, as an Employer of Choice, will be to maintain an environment that encourages creativity and high achievement facilitated by outstanding leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts Degree
• Major in Occupational Psychology
