Biography

Charles has over 40 years experience as a lawyer across a broad range of commercial activities. Charles has been a director of the Salta Group for over 20 years and is a partner in the Melbourne law firm Logie-Smith Lanyon. Charles has extensive experience in land purchase, town planning and construction documentation in property, resource and infrastructure developments together with mergers and acquisitions.
