Salta Properties performs asset and facilities management services aimed at streamlining the day-to-day running of a property.
Funds Management
Salta Office Property Trust and Salta Industrial Property Trust are our core direct property funds currently being launched to the market. Seeded by buildings developed by Salta Properties, the funds aim to grow geographically diversified portfolios comprising high-quality properties and supporting an initial 9 per cent total return target with low volatility.
