Our focus in recent years on external projects has seen Salta Constructions surpass $800 million worth of construction work, in hand. This has made Salta Constructions one of Australia's largest builders.
As we continue to grow we are increasingly focussing on larger flagship projects such as Saracen Properties' 21-level Perth office tower to be occupied by Bank West. Such projects compliment our own portfolio of landmark properties such as the Victoria Gardens retail complex in inner suburban Melbourne and Australia's most luxurious residential development, 150 Clarendon Street, in exclusive East Melbourne.
