Resulting from a common problem of multiple warehouse sites due to rapid growth, L'Oreal consolidated five locations into this purpose-built warehouse and office facility at Dandenong. With Salta’s extensive knowledge in the design and operation of warehousing, an economical and functional solution was offered to L'Oreal. The building comprises 15,000m2 of warehouse, and a further extension has been designed and is currently under construction. The 1,700m2 two level office building conveys a clean, precise 21st century design, with a prominent use of alucabond finish and extensive glazing.
