Extensive and constant client and tenant consultation is required in order to successfully deliver the tenant-specific fitout requirements for this greenfield development site being built by Salta Constructions. Specifically developed and built for Daimler Chrysler - Mercedes-Benz as a paint and panel shop, the fitout includes preparation bays, quoting areas, spray booth ovens, and multiple wash bays. The 3,500m2 warehouse also includes associated offices and amenities.
