Globe International

The design brief for this landmark project required that the building reflect Globe International’s pre-eminent position in their sector of the clothing and street-wear industry. The building was to exhibit a challenging ‘hard-edge’ industrial design, but still offer an efficient and inviting workplace environment. Innovative interior design, coupled with clever use of expressed base material structure has resulted in one of Port Melbourne’s most prominent commercial developments undertaken in recent years. Functionality requirements for the warehouse included loading dock areas, at grade loading and container access.
