Nestle

Prior to the development of this facility for Nestle, the company occupied a 16,000m2 warehouse at Somerton. Growth by Nestle resulted in the need for a new facility and Salta was selected to design and construct the company's new Altona North premises. Providing both ambient and cool storage, the building was designed with internal flexibility to increase or decrease temperature controlled areas as requirements dictated. In 2003 additional building works increased the loading areas to the warehouse.
