CUB

The design brief for CUB called for a warehouse and distribution centre with particular attention to a truck 'drive through' facility for all weather loading, and minimal interference from internal columns. The facility was also to have a future expansion component. The brief presented a number of design challenges, including the containment and extraction of exhaust fumes from loading vehicles, within a confined warehouse space.
