The building at 1 Nexus Court was purpose built to surpass the highest suburban office standards for IMA, a subsidiary owned by IAG.

Completed in 2009, 1 Nexus Court comprises one level of basement car parking for 140 cars and 7,000sqm of purpose built office space, featuring green star metering, rainwater tanks, outside air make-up, 100 per cent back up power and on site generator.

Recognised for its environmental efforts, 1 Nexus Court was the first building rewarded outside the CBD and the second in Victoria with a 5 Star Green Star Office As-Built rating.
