In early 2011, Salta Properties secured the industry’s largest suburban commercial pre-commitment lease since 2008 at 2 Nexus Court.
Australian construction company, Carlisle Homes signed the $23 million deal to upgrade to 2 Nexus Court, a premises double the size of its existing site at 37 Dunlop Road in the Nexus precinct.
In its expansion, longstanding client CBRE relocated from 37 Dunlop Road to 2 Nexus Court.
Completed in July 2012, 2 Nexus Court features four upper levels and two levels of basement parking for more than 200 vehicles. In keeping with Salta’s commitment to sustainability and reducing its carbon footprint, the building achieves a 4 star Green Star rating and 4.5 NABERS rating.
