Construction began at 4 Nexus Court in 2011 after Salta Properties secured a multi-million dollar long term pre-commitment lease with global biopharmaceutical company, Bristol-Myers Squibb.

The site at 4 Nexus Court features four upper levels comprising a NLA of 5,800sqm and two levels of basement parking for more than 220 vehicles.

Following completion, Bristol-Myers Squibb relocated in November 2012 and will be joined by new resident, electrical powerhouse Panasonic, who will reside on part of the ground floor alongside Renault.

In keeping with Salta’s commitment to sustainability and reducing its carbon footprint, the new building achieves a 4 star Green Star rating and 4.5 NABERS rating.
