Biography

Since joining Salta ten years ago, Simon Evans has co-ordinated the successful delivery of projects including the Victoria Gardens Precinct Redevelopment, Computershare Document Services Centre, Orica Corporate offices and L'Oreal Distribution Centre. Specialising in government liaison and fulfilling client briefs from inception through to a developments' final phase, Simon was responsible for the rezoning applications and site master planning for the Yarra Gardens, Preston Market, 150 Clarendon Street, 140 Gipps Street and Mercy Health and Aged Care Facility.
