Biography

Simon joined Salta over nine years ago and brings to the company extensive knowledge and experience in coordination of the planning process at both State and Local Government levels, the project management of large and complex projects and implementation of client briefs from inception through planning, design, construction, handover and maintenance periods. He has demonstrated the ability to create a coordinated team, as early as is possible, to deliver successful projects During his time with Salta, Simon has co-ordinated the successful delivery of projects including the Victoria Gardens Redevelopment, Computershare Document Services Centre, Orica Corporate offices and L'Oreal Distribution Centre. Simon managed the Priority Development Panel rezoning applications and site master planning for both Yarra Gardens and the Preston Market and is currently involved with the Salta developments in East Melbourne including 150 Clarendon Street, 140 Gipps Street and Mercy Health and Aged Care Facility.
