Biography

Under the direction of Lip Phua, Salta Properties' Asset Management team successfully manage more than 300 tenancies in a mix of industrial, commerical and retail properties owned by Salta and third parties. A licensed real estate agent, Phua previously worked with Mirvac on the commercial and retail property management of landmark buildings including Como Centre, South Yarra and 380 St Kilda Road, before joining Salta Properties in March 2005.
