Biography

David first started working with Salta Constructions in 1998 in hands on roles on site whilst studying. He moved through various office based roles for Salta Constructions before moving to Probuild Constructions. During his time there he worked on Central West Plaza shopping centre in Footscray and a $25 million Aged Care Facility for Primelife in Bay Street Brighton. Returning to Salta in 2005 David worked for Salta Constructions on the Computershare Document Services Facility consisting of a warehouse, print and office facility and Globe International warehouse and office facility. He was then based in Queensland for approximately eight months from the commencement to completion of a 38,000sqm metre warehosue distribution facility for Coles Group. David intially worked for Salta Constructions on the the Mercy Hopsital conversion into the luxury apartments known as 150 Clarendon St. He then moved across to join Salta Properties as Development Manager for 150 Clarendon Street and also 140 Gipps Street, East Melbourne. David's current role as Senior Development Manager - Residential involves management of all Salta Properties residential developments
