Asset Management

Salta Asset Management undertakes asset and facilities management services and is primarily aimed at streamlining the day-to-day management of a property, while providing the best possible service to our property owners and tenants. Our asset management team, which comprises of full-time property management professionals and building supervisors, manages developments under the ownership of the Salta Group of Companies as well as properties owned by other parties.

We currently manage in excess of 300 tenancies in a mix of industrial, commercial and retail properties - many of which are high profile companies with complex administrative and operational procedures. For example Coles, Nestle, realestate.com.au, Linfox, Sensis, Telstra, WorkCover, Dulux/Orica, etc.

We believe in standing by the quality of our developments and the provision of excellent service to our clients. We have the capacity and expertise to undertake day-to-day responsibilities of managing a property, from the development stage to the general leasing and negotiations, right through to facilities management and the management of Owners Corporations (Body Corporates).

Salta Asset Management is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with memberships to:

• Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV)
• Owners Corporation Victoria (OCV)

• Australian Property Institute (API)
