Salta Constructions is responsible for delivering this eight-level office building complete with a fit-out to meet the complex and diverse engineering requirements of anchor tenant BAE Systems. This project comprises three split-levels of below ground car parking, four levels of tenant office space (including the ground floor) and one level of rooftop plant room. The structure comprises suspended concrete floors with an in-situ concrete core allowing for three lifts and a facade consisting mainly of glazed spandrel panels and precast concrete. The gross floor area of the project is approximately 25,300m2, comprising 11,200m2 of car parking, 12,600m2 of lettable tenant space and 1,500m2 of rooftop plant room.
