The business offers buildings for pre-lease or as land and building packages and is not limited by the size of the project - we have the track record and capacity to deliver buildings with areas of less than 5,000 square metres to areas in excess of 40,000 square metres. Through a long association with the transport and logistics industry, our development team has a hands-on and in-depth understanding of the requirements of industrial properties.

Infrastructure Projects

Salta Properties' redevelopment of Melbourne Ports' Victoria Dock is our major infrastructure project. When complete it will incorporate a major container handling facility with rail access, a 17,000 square metre warehouse facility able to handle chilled and ambient goods and two shipping berths. It will be linked via rail to two major inland ports that we are developing in Melbourne's south east and west.
