Purpose built by Salta Constructions for Manway Logistics in 2000, this 10,200m2 warehouse and office development is state of the art. Positioned on a three hectare site, this lofty warehouse offers access for both on-grade and recessed dock loading. Large canopies allow for all-weather loading, significantly increasing the usable area within the warehouse, while a large concrete surface hardstand area accommodates truck parking and external storage. The 500m2 administrative component of the development features a comprehensive office fitout, which was a part of the original Manway brief to Salta. The property offers good access to the arterial road network through a strategic position 500 metres from the South Gippsland Highway and a further 200 metres to the Mulgrave Freeway on-ramp.
