2 Nexus Court
2 Nexus Court houses purpose built offices for IMA, a wholly owned subsidiary of IAG. Built to meet the highest suburban office standards, the 12,500 m2 building comprises one level of basement car parking for 140 cars and approximately 7,000 m2 of purpose built office space. 2 Nexus Court is the first building outside of the CBD to be awarded a 5 Star Green Star Office As Built rating, and only the second in Victoria to achieve the standard. Features of the building include green star metering, rainwater tanks, outside air make-up, 100 per cent back up power and an on-site generator.
