RE Funds Management Ltd (also referred to as REF), a responsible entity of property funds for retail and wholesale investors. It holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (No. 299131) permitting it to act as a responsible entity under Australian law.

REF brings its property and funds management expertise to the development and management of innovative and superior property based investment products. REF seeks to create financial wealth with security for its investors. In doing so, REF places the highest importance on corporate governance, compliance and its fiduciary obligation to its investors. REF knows property and it knows funds management. Investors can be confident that the risks of investment are understood and correctly priced.

REF currently manages 2 indirect property funds designed for retail investors – the Pentacle Diversified Property Fund and the Pentacle Diversified Property Fund – Enhanced. In addition REF currently operates one direct property fund designed for institutional and sophisticated investors – the Salta Office Property Trust.

REF is a responsible entity under Australian law ensuring that its investors' funds are managed and protected in the professional manner stated. It has a Board with a majority of external members, including an external chairman, Professor Robert Officer.

A compliance regime has been established and is monitored by the REF Board and audited by Ernst & Young.
