A Place to Live 1st stage complete

Located in the vibrant Victoria Gardens precinct, Richmond - A Place to Live (RAPTL) sold 355 apartments within a record 14 weeks.

The first stage of the project, has seen residents in Sienna’s 93 apartments, settle into their new community before Christmas,  just in time to enjoy the nearby entertainment and shopping facilities.

The other three buildings at RAPTL, Jade,Ivory,Ruby and its associated townhouses are scheduled for completion in 2012, with residents expected to occupy the property between March and August.
