Jade at A Place to Live completed

Located in the vibrant Victoria Gardens precinct, Richmond - A Place to Live (RAPTL) sold 355 apartments within a record 14 weeks.

The first stage of the project, saw residents in Sienna’s 93 apartments, settle into their new community before Christmas 2011.  The 88 apartments in the second building - Jade, saw with many residents move in over the Easter break.  Ivory is the third building in the development and this is now completed.  The final building, Ruby is due to be completed in July.
