Salta completes Mercy Aged Care facility

Salta has recently completed the construction of a 110 bed Aged Care facility for Mercy Health.

To be known as Mercy Place - East Melbourne, the facility is located on Gipps Street and is part of Salta's overall redevelopment of the former Mercy Maternity Hospital site.

The project comprises basement car parking and back-of-house operations, three levels of accommodation, residents' facilities and administrative areas built around a feature landscaped courtyard. There is also a fourth level comprising an ESS club lounge, terraces, games areas and the like.
