“All three new tenants have signed long term deals - Tigerpak making a seven-year commitment, while InfraBuild and Schneider Electric have signed a 10 year and five-year agreement respectively,” said Mr Tarascio.

Tigerpak, leading packaging supplier, will occupy 5508sqm which comprises 5057sqm of warehouse and a 451sqm office with the leasing deal secured by Gordon Code and Luke Lowden of Colliers.
InfraBuild, Australia’s largest integrated manufacturer of steel long products and solutions, has secured 16,634sqm at Nexus Dandenong South. This includes 15,974sqm warehouse, 600sqm office and 60sqm gate house, leased by Gordon Code and Peter Evans from Colliers.
In addition, Schneider Electric has committed to 9813sqm, comprising 9339sqm of warehouse, 474sqm office space, and expansive truck marshalling area of 7330sqm and 72 car parking spaces negotiated by Andrew O’Connell and Robert Colaneri of Cushman Wakefield.
