Nexus Dandenong South welcomes three long term tenants

Salta Properties’ Nexus Dandenong South Industrial Estate continues its ongoing success by securing three new long-term tenants - Tigerpak, InfraBuild and Schneider Electric.

Sam Tarascio, Managing Director of Salta Properties, said he is thrilled to welcome a diverse mix of tenants to Nexus Dandenong South.

“All three new tenants have signed long term deals - Tigerpak making a seven-year commitment, while InfraBuild and Schneider Electric have signed a 10 year and five-year agreement respectively,” said Mr Tarascio.

Situated 35 km from the CBD, Nexus Dandenong South is already home to major users of freight infrastructure including Woolworths’ $215 million Melbourne South Regional Distribution Centre, Bunnings’ 40,000m2 Regional Distribution Centre, plus major logistics businesses, Visa Global Logistics and Silk Contract Logistics.

Our 180 hectare estate is located in the traditional heartland of industrial property in the south of Melbourne. We feel our site appeals to tenants due to its connections to the city, the Port of Melbourne, and major commercial, retail and residental areas,
