Salta Properties has secured Belle Banne Conveyor Services (BBCS), part of the Fenner Dunlop group of companies, as a tenant at Nexus Industrial Estate on Portlink Drive in Dandenong South.

BBCS has pre-committed to 6,998m2 comprising a 6,560m2 warehouse with heavy duty cranes, a 438m2 DDA compliant office (over 2 levels), 3 No. Rapid Roller Doors and B Double Access.

Salta Properties will also be delivering an additional 5,506m2 as a speculative development connected to BBCS, which comprises a 5,055m2 warehouse and 451m2 office with an estimated completion date of September 2021.

Salta Properties Managing Director, Sam Tarascio welcomed BBCS as its latest tenant at the industrial precinct and highlighted the importance of tailored solutions for tenants and clients.

The agreement with BBCS reinforces the appeal of the Nexus Industrial Estate. Remaining sites are still available for high performing companies looking for a strategic base for their distribution centres, light manufacturing and warehousing solutions.

BBCS’s 10-year lease was negotiated by Lachlan Ferguson and James Jorgensen from CBRE. 

The deal follows the completion of Salta’s own warehouse at the emerging Nexus Industrial site.  Salta’s Dandenong South Leasing and Estate Facilities Management Office, which is located at 115 Atlas Boulevard, includes a 440m2 warehouse, 188m2 office on a 2,000m2 site.

Furthermore, Salta are reaching completion of a speculative warehouse on this Estate which is a 16,769 SQM warehouse between two tenancies. A confidential Heads of Agreement has been executed on one tenancy.
