A 30+ year commitment to Victoria Gardens
For more than three decades, Salta has been a driving force behind the Victoria Gardens precinct. The foundations were first laid in the early 2000s when we acquired several industrial sites in Richmond and replaced them with office buildings.
In 2005, we were proud to deliver more offices and the new flagship IKEA store, as Victoria Gardens Shopping Centre was launched. Exceptional residential developments including The Park House and Walmer followed, offering quality lifestyle apartments on the banks of the Yarra River.
Today, the Victoria Gardens precinct is unmatched. With 50 retailers, 6.4 million annual visitors, and a revitalisation underway to include new residential buildings, open space, retail and commercial space, it will evolve into Richmond’s premier retail, lifestyle and entertainment destination.
