Computershare chose Salta Properties to design, manage and own their new state of the art facility featuring a document printing centre, a diaster recovery centre and associated office and conference facilities. 2500sqm of this facility is dedicated to office and conference facilities. A further 2000sqm is dedicated high bay warehouse space in the strategic location of Port Melbourne.
