Essence

Designed by the highly-acclaimed architects Rothelowman, Essence is a project of 92 one and two bedroom apartments, offering a highly sought after South Yarra address moments from thriving Chapel Street.

The design features a striking linear façade, breaking the building into a series of vertical elements from a palette of patterned glass, metal and concrete, with vertical gardens and a communal rooftop garden designed by landscape architect, Jack Merlo.

A landscaped public walkway alongside the building has been designed to connect Wilson Street with Garden Lane, creating a new laneway network for the wider community
