Hardware powerhouse upgrades to new industrial site

Australian hardware giant, Bunnings Group signed on as the anchor tenant at Salta Properties’ industrial estate in Dandenong South in 2013.

The warehouse was designed to meet best practice standards for large scale receival, storage and dispatch to service Bunnings’ retail outlets in Victoria, South and Western Australia.

Signing Bunnings reinforced the support for Salta Properties’ inland ports strategy, which will see the company develop more than two million square metres of industrial land with a project end value of $1 billion.
