631 Springvale Rd has been designed for the human experience. Each decision made during the design process has been measured upon how people will feel within the buildings, between the buildings and approaching the buildings, with the aim of improving their day, whilst specifically responding to the needs of 21st Century working.

The first and most critical decision made at 631 Springvale Road was to remove cars from the ground and create a human centred plaza that will allow time for relaxing, working, eating, reading, socialising and enjoying the day. Green spaces, treed spaces, paved areas, BBQ zones, Wi-Fi enabled areas, covered spaces are all available within our car free campus.

Internally the buildings are distinctive in the design to ensure that daylight access is the key driver for the shape of the floor plates. Our aim to always deliver an environment where everybody is within 12  metres of a window.

The End of Trip facilities will redefine the quality of offer in the south-eastern market. It is the equivalent of a day spa in a 5 star resort. The finishes are luxurious and abundant with space for lockers, towel  service, hairdryers, complimenting oversized showers.
