This 13,500m2 purpose-built warehouse and distribution centre together with associated offices was developed for J.Blackwood & Son Limited, Australia’s leading supplier of industrial and safety products. Part of the Wesfarmers Group, Blackwoods will utilise the warehouse for storage and distribution of their complete range of products throughout Western Australia.

The Salta Properties project includes a two-level 2,800m2 office building for administration and sales activities which includes a showroom and staff canteen.
