This 5 hectare container park is part of Salta Properties inland port strategy which will see in excess of 2 million square meters of land developed at Altona and Dandenong South. 50 Modal Place has been designed and built to the specific needs of AP Moller-Maersk and includes heavy duty pavement with capacity to store 6,000 TEU. containers, a 20,000 litre wash bay facility together with workshop, office and some warehousing.
